STEP ONE

This session lasts about 60minutes, and the aim is to determine the expected outcome of the sessions; the desired formats of coaching (online or in person); and to see if a Coach-Coachee relationship can be initiated.
Our first step is to have a clear understanding of where you want to be; what you require to get there; as well as identifying any hinderance or limitation standing in your way.

STEP TWO

Once a Coach-Coachee relationship is formed, the next set of sessions (60-90 minutes) are intended to help you identify the path or the course of actions needed to reach your goal. The outcome of each session is to help you define SMART objectives that would take you closer.
Our second step is devising a plan of action to move you a step closer to your intended result using tried and tested coaching tools along the way.
