Opeolu Awolesi of AHBIDI Coaching is a London based entrepreneur, mentor and coach with almost a decade of experience in the field. Currently a full-time clergyman and head Pastor of RCCG Great Light Connections Church, Opeolu was formerly a leading professional in the niche market of Fire Safety Engineering. “Having spent the last 12 years within the UK Fire industry as a Consultant, Design Engineer and an Enforcement officer, I have decided to give a bigger expression to the other side of me that I enjoy the most: People Development and Coaching.”

Opeolu has worked with lots of individuals as well as business over the years to help them achieve significant growth and excellence. He was the group leader and coordinator for one of London’s largest youth groups in 2002 (D. IConz Youth Group). He’s worked with the likes of the prince’s trust and continues to keep youth development at the centre of all his endeavours.

Group Coaching

Group coaching, just as with one-on-one sessions, requires a level of relationship between the coach and coachees for success. As there are a series of agendas to address it requires a lot more attention to detail. It is important that I spoke to the respective individuals prior to ensuring that the sessions cater to all involved.
